UFCclub44 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment methods: DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We do not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
The minimum deposit amount is RM30. The maximum deposit amount varies by payment method, ranging from RM5,000 per transaction for e-wallets to RM50,000 per transaction for DuitNow transfers. Withdrawal minimum is RM50 per request. Transaction limits may be reviewed and adjusted without prior notice.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method in the same name as your verified account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Most withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes for DuitNow and supported e-wallets during operating hours. Bank transfer (FPX) withdrawals may take 5 to 15 minutes for processing confirmation. UFCclub44 targets withdrawal completion within 15 minutes but does not guarantee processing times, which may be affected by third-party payment provider delays.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (a) your KYC verification must be complete; (b) any active bonus wagering requirements must be fully satisfied; (c) no pending dispute or investigation involving your account is outstanding. UFCclub44 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending the outcome of any investigation.
The Platform operates exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals. Any foreign currency conversion that may be applied by your bank or e-wallet provider is outside UFCclub44's control and responsibility.
UFCclub44 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, VIP rewards, and special event promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which shall be read alongside these general Terms.
Bonus abuse — including but not limited to: multi-accounting to claim multiple welcome bonuses, systematic low-risk wagering designed to meet rollover requirements without genuine play intent, collusion with other players to exploit promotional mechanics, and exploitation of platform errors — is strictly prohibited. Where bonus abuse is detected, UFCclub44 will void the bonus, remove associated winnings from the account, and may permanently suspend the account.
UFCclub44 operates a six-tier VIP loyalty programme (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Royal Black Diamond). Tier eligibility, cashback rates, and associated benefits are determined by monthly turnover thresholds and are subject to change. VIP status is non-transferable and does not constitute a contractual entitlement unless separately agreed in writing.
All bets placed on UFCclub44 — whether on casino games, sports events, live football, UFC fights, Liga Super Malaysia fixtures, EPL matches, or any other wagering market — are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or market, as published on the Platform. These General Terms apply alongside those specific rules.
UFCclub44 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where: (a) a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed; (b) a bet is placed after the legitimate close of a market; (c) there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, insider information, or fraudulent intent. Where a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to your account balance.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during the course of a game or bet, UFCclub44's records shall be the definitive reference for the outcome of the relevant transaction. Where a malfunction is confirmed to have affected a game outcome, the affected bet may be voided and the stake returned.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit UFCclub44's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
UFCclub44's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
